Every event requires a different level of planning, production, and energy control. Rather than offering preset packages, I support events based on the venue, audience, timeline, and overall goals of the experience.

How It Works

  • Complete the short inquiry form with your event date, venue, guest count, and production needs.

  • I schedule a brief planning call to align on timeline, audience, venue logistics, and production scope.

    You’ll receive a clear, itemized proposal tailored to your event.

  • Sign the agreement electronically and submit your retainer to officially reserve your date on my calendar.

    Dates are not held without a signed agreement.

  • I coordinate directly with your venue or planner, finalize timelines, floorplans, and technical requirements, and conduct a final confirmation call 1–2 weeks before the event.

  • I arrive early, handle full setup and sound check, and deliver a seamless, high-energy experience — with polished production from start to finish.
