Scottsdale Corporate Event DJ
Scottsdale Corporate
Event DJ
planners call first.
Corporate events don't get second chances. The timeline is set, the stakeholders are in the room, and the music has to work — from background ambiance during cocktail hour to a high-energy close.
You speak to Drew before the event, and Drew is the one on the mic and behind the decks on the night.

Built for Corporate Events
Your run-of-show,
protected.
Corporate rooms shift throughout the night. The energy needs to be controlled, the transitions need to be clean, and the DJ needs to read a room full of professionals — not just hype a crowd.
Timeline-Driven Sets
Sets built around your event agenda — arrivals, cocktail hour, dinner, awards, open floor. Every transition planned so the energy fits the moment.
Adjustable Energy
Controlled background during dinner, higher energy when the floor opens, clean wind-down at close. The music adjusts as the room shifts.
Seamless AV Coordination
Technical requirements confirmed with your venue and AV team well in advance. By the time doors open, everything is already handled.
Early Setup & Sound Check
Drew arrives early, completes full setup, and runs a sound check before the first guest walks in. No last-minute fixes, no visible scrambling on event day.
Fully Insured
Professional liability coverage on every booking. Venues and corporate clients can be added as additionally insured.
Trusted by repeat clients who need it right the first time.
Long-term residencies at Life Time North Scottsdale and Life Time Fashion Square. When a planner calls back for the third time, that's the track record.

Announcements land.
Speeches
get heard.
Most DJs play the room. Drew understands how events are paced, how audiences move, and how to tell a story with music — skills sharpened by a journalism degree, not just experience behind the decks.

You speak with Drew when you book, and Drew shows up on the night. No substitutions, no surprises. The same person who knows your event, your brand, and your timeline is the one behind the decks.
03
Professional Without the Stiffness
Corporate doesn't have to mean boring. Drew knows how to build a natural, high-energy dance floor that keeps guests engaged without compromising the professionalism of the event. The room decides the energy — he reads it.

Drew was the DJ for a Scottsdale event I attended, and he was extremely professional from start to finish. The setup was clean, the sound was great, and everything ran smoothly. You can tell he takes his work seriously and knows how to read a room. I would absolutely recommend him for private or corporate events.
FAQ
Corporate event DJ
questions, answered.
What should I look for when hiring a corporate event DJ?
Timing and crowd flow matter as much as music selection. You want to know who you're working with from start to finish and whether they have a proven track record with corporate clients. DJ Drewstyle covers all three — established residencies at Life Time North Scottsdale and Life Time Fashion Square, one point of contact, and a consistent track record of repeat bookings.
Can a DJ keep a corporate event fun without making it feel like a nightclub?
Yes — and this is one of the core skills. Drew adjusts music style, volume, and pacing based on the tone of the event, whether it's executive networking or a holiday party. When the timing is right, he builds a natural dance floor that feels organic rather than forced — guests are having fun without it feeling like a club night.
Do you coordinate with the venue's AV team?
Yes. Technical requirements are confirmed with the venue and AV team well in advance of the event. Load-in timing, sound check, and any microphone or presentation audio needs are all handled before guests arrive. Music is never a concern once doors open.
What types of corporate events do you cover?
Company celebrations, executive dinners, product launches, holiday parties, team events, wellness activations, award ceremonies, and branded experiences across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area.
How do I book?
Submit a proposal request through the contact form or text Drew directly at (480) 647-5849. He'll get back to you personally to talk through your event, timeline, and music direction.
